I have been in Penang for bout 4 months now... Kinda miss home.. Well, but i learnt a lot man.. Yeah!!~

Everyone says, to travel alone, I'm very brave to do it.. My parents didn't came wif me, last time i saw them was at d airport.. Haihz...Well, to me, it's normal, it's also part of growing up.. SO, it doesn't reli matter to me.... Kekekekeke...

Anyway, i have been learning a lot in college since 1st day of class.. And i mean A LOT!!!~ things in another state in d same country... how ppl drive in other states.. n how they comunicate... In college, i learnt tat there are actually all kinds of ppl in college.. funny ones, bad ones, weird ones and many more.. but they're all my frens, cz they're my classmates.. there's bout 19 of us in my class... most of them are from Penang but few are frm diff states.. I'm d special one, have to cross sea for 2 1/2 hours wan... So bangga!!~~~~

I din realize drawing a simple black and white picture is so hard because of the quality of d line and bla bla bla.... It involves full concentration which makes u sleepy after tat class... hahahahah~~ but i dun reli sleep in class la, cz i like all d subjects... All interesting subjects...I jz finished one of my drawings and passed up already...

This one is called cross sketching.. I like this d most.. D others we did in class is normal shading, d one u have to blend using tissue and all.. Yea, we finish on d spot and past it up already.. So din get to bring home and temberang...hahahha~~

Too many subjects to talk about now, our system in college is work work work.. Most of the subjects has no theory... It's jz explained by lecturer, and we'll do as wat they told us to do.. then they'll tell us when have to pass up and so on... All this things tat i've learnt, i found out it applies to wats gonna happen in my future as a designer... we're given limited time to do things, if it's not accepted, u have to re-do and try harder...i really learnt a lot...

from this course, i also want to be my sister's future wed and name card designer... as u can see, my sister and her husband is opening a Cafe in Sabah... It's located in 1Borneo, the biggest mall in Sabah, which will be opened starting June...It's gud to get experience from ppl whom u know better than ppl u dun reli know, they might probably get mad at u when ur innocent...hahahah~~

Im now in d middle of an assignment which is designing a name card.. It's under computer studies subject.. Im designing a namecard based on my sister's cafe.. do hope she likes it...

Living away from family is sometimes happy sometimes sad... happy times is when u wont have to quarrel with them and sad times is when u miss them... awwwww~~~ but i learnt a lot of independece stuff here, like spending and cleaning and cooking... hahahahha!!~

well, to start it off.. I've started college bout few weeks ago, i'm in my 4th week now, coming to 5th week... Im enjoying my time here..Im rounder by the way... HU hu-.-... Im in Penang doing my diploma in graphic and multimedia design.. I'ts quite interesting wat we learn everyday..there's colour mixing, computer, drawing, and MAC lab...ngiahahahah!!~ d coolest part of this college I entered is that they're quite famous nowadays...cz the students have been joining competitions organized by anyone and has sumtin to do wif the courses they're taking..For me, i've took part in a competition.. It's sorta like a wedding season now in one of the malls called Gurney Plaza. So they held a competition to make a wedding gown out of tissue.. It's quite interesting though, testing bout how much you know bout tissue and how it stands..It gave me an oppurtunity to get to know my seniors who are doing fashion and the fashion department lecturers..They're very nice people...

Bout the wedding gown, we were suppose to submit the pictures of the gown by 13 April and we were informed bout the competition only on 9 April..So we had like 3 days to do it.. But, we were chosen for the finalist...10 students participated and all of us got into finals..THEN, The Start came to out coll and interview our lecturer and took some pics..Too bad i wasn't in the pictures cz i wasn't in college that time...Haha... Finalist show is tomorrow, 19 April.. Will update on what happen and who wins.. Below are the pictures of mua model and mua dress...hehehhe..by the way, my model is my partner in creatinf tis dress...she's my classmate too...

Back to my coll life.... Normally, Penang people communicate in Hokkien, which I dont understand.. But i;m getting a hang of it.. Some lecturers of friends speak to me in hokkien, I said i dun understand.. SO they'll ask why u don't understand..I said I'm nt local and they'll ask where am I from, and as u know i'm frm Sabah.. And they'll go @.@ Which is sorta weird for me.. It happened quite a few times.. But still im very very happy and proud that i'm, from sabah.. Land Below the Wind ROCKS!!~
